This refund policy refers to the consumers who purchase our services for personal usage:

In the instance, a customer purchases our online mailbox rental service but later wants to cancel this order, the company will provide a full refund provided the customer requests cancellation in writing via email at info@a1mailbox.co.uk within 24 hours of purchase. Once the mailbox number is allotted, the mailbox service will be considered live and operational. The terms of services will also commence at this time. After the commencement of the service, any cancellation will incur a £25 charge including VAT to cover the administration costs, provided the cancellation is made within 14 days and the mailbox service has not been used.
